We are now five months into the COVID-19 pandemic and shoppers around the world have adjusted to life under lockdown. According to our Impact of COVID-19 on consumer behaviour study, more emphasis is placed on core product attributes such as quality, durability & price when choosing products to purchase. More developed markets like Japan, Korea & US expected less impact in terms of these hygiene factors.
