Rakuten Insight at ESOMAR Congress 2026 — nominated for Best Event Paper
We’re bringing our work on agentic AI and consumer insight to the ESOMAR main stage in Valencia, 1–4 September.
This September, Rakuten Insight joins the global insights community at ESOMAR Congress 2026 in Valencia (1–4 September). This year’s theme, Metamorphosis, reflects where research is heading — and it sits close to the work we’ll be presenting.
We’re proud to share that a Rakuten Insight paper has been nominated for the ESOMAR Best Event Paper Award: Agentic AI Application for Rapid Creative Production Rooted by Consumer Insights.

On Wednesday 2 September (14:20–14:40, Room 1-Impact), Erika Otsuki (Rakuten Insight), together with Minh Nguyen and Takumi Akuzawa (Google Japan), will demonstrate — live — a multi-agent AI system that moves teams from consumer insight to finished advertising. Spanning research, planning, copywriting, design and video production, the system keeps human oversight at its center — showing how insight-driven AI can accelerate creative production, raise quality, and give researchers a more active role in shaping marketing outcomes.
Rakuten Insight will also be represented at the congress by Momoko Kishigami (Executive Officer), Remi Kumagai (Country Director, UK) and Valentin Niculae (Country Director, Romania).
If you’re in Valencia, join us for the session on 2 September.
